The cam indexer is often asked how to position during use. Where is the starting angle? The indexer is a mechanical mechanism that is stable and efficient. The inside of the cam of the indexer is divided into a moving angle and a static angle. The position of the starting angle must be above the stopping angle. If it is above the moving angle, it means that the output shaft is not self-locking. Frequently, customers say that the position is wrong, a few degrees or more. Most of the time, the position of the motor is not correct, that is, the position of the output shaft is not correct. The adjustment method is actually very simple, that is, the position of the induction cam is adjusted. In fact, there is a very simple way to judge whether the indexer is stopped at the stop angle. It is to see the position of the keyway. As shown in the figure, the direction of the keyway slot and the mounting surface are parallel, because the cam is in the keyway when processing. For the benchmark positioning, this does not need to be very precise. It doesn't matter if it is a few degrees. It can be observed by the naked eye. It is good to master this trick.
