The accuracy of the disc = 2πr ÷ 360 ÷ 60 ÷ 60 × divider accuracy, which is the product of unit time and unit angle value and the accuracy of the divider itself.
The angular error of the disc is proportional to the error of the radius. That is to say, the larger the radius of the disc is, the larger the angular error is. Under normal circumstances, the accuracy level can reach 30" in the case of the common level cam indexer, and 15" for the equipment with high precision requirements, it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of the diameter of the disc.
