In the case of use, belt drive, gear drive and gapless drive are combined.
The hollow type indexer is similar to the flange type except that the output of the flange is not a short axis but is outputted in the form of a hole. For a special demand, there are many components of the automatic equipment control system. Water, electricity, gas pipes, etc. can be taken from the holes of the hollow structure.
 The DT platform desktop indexer is different from the others in that it has a larger outer structure than a flange type indexer. The drive can withstand large axial loads and vertical radial pressure, and has a convex fixing at the output end. The disk surface and the large-aperture hollow shaft can be equipped with dynamic and static automatic peripheral equipment, and the electric, oil and gas pipelines of the power source can be arranged in the hollow holes. Due to its own characteristics, this model is widely used in heavy-duty automated operation systems.
The sizing design of the ultra-thin platform type indexer is similar to that of the platform desktop type, but its overall component has a wide planar span, but the height is low, and the overall appearance is relatively compact, so its accuracy is higher than that of the platform desktop. The indexer can withstand large axial loads and vertical radial pressure during driving operation, and the large hollow structure can pass through the pipeline. At the same time, the large flange output surface makes the driven body run more stably.
The flat type indexer has two plate-shaped cams fixed to the input shaft, and can be driven by the cam-driven roller turret shaft. The mechanism with parallel common rail cam is suitable for belt conveyor with large pitch. The processing of the pipeline needs the function of stop and stop. The flat type indexer with special function can be used for intermittent indexing, from short to long. The function can be implemented at any time. In the flat type operation, it is also possible to add more than three plate cams to the indexer use system that requires an increased rhythm.
